After been an onlooker in the defi space due to lack of understanding and somewhat funds, I stayed away from the scene and just watched.
Last week I encountered an old friend while heading back from work and he opened my eyes to lot of things and how defi work.
After that encounter, I decided to test the waters with the most talked about defi here on hive- cubfinance.
The process was quite easy and straightforward with the use of 
Steps involved
1 Convert hive to bsc using
2 Go to dapp and search cubfinance and connect trustwallet
3 Go to trade, then exchange to swap bsc to cub under
4 Go to den, approve contract then deposit cub and stake
5 Stake cub
I was able to acquire and stake about 5+ cub to see how things work. Will be staking and compounding more to increase my holding as time goes on.
