I had an interesting conversation with my wife tonight...
After I got home from work, we sent the kids to their room so we could eat dinner in relative peace and quiet.
We started reminiscing about my 'hay days' in online business. The income I was making, but more than that, the freedom I had working from home and being around each other all the time.
We miss it. I miss it a lot. And it's why I'm so hopeful that this blockchain will eventually become a 'full time income generator' for me in one way or another. It's my goal and my dream for sure!
But back to the conversation we were having...She asked me...'What's next?'
I was a little taken back by the question and slightly confused but I responded, what's next for what?
I'm paraphrasing here but this is the general idea of what she was asking...
"You got started building online businesses, before anyone knew what 'making money online' even meant! You integrated social media into everything you built years before the masses jumped onto Facebook. And you saw the potential of Bitcoin before a lot of people did...So, what's next?"
Let me be honest here, she made me feel like some kind of prophet LOL But I just said...All those decisions just made sense and felt right.
I wish I was that smart...To say what's next. What's the next big thing that everyone should rush into...But I'm just a dude. And it's pretty obvious, my decisions in life haven't been the best or else I'd still have thriving online businesses and not sitting in a truck for 11 hours a day lol
But what's next for me is what feels right and guess what that is?
It's this blockchain. It's what it represents. It's the potential of it.
And I guarantee you this, I haven't felt more strongly about something than I do about Hive...Ever. You see, I'm not talking T/A, moving averages, RSI lines, blah blah blah...
I'm talking about my gut feeling. I'm talking about the desire I have to talk about this blockchain to anyone that will listen, and highlight the amazing members of the community any chance I get.
Could I be wrong? And this is just a bunch of fan boys and fan girls that are keeping this chain alive? Sure, I've been wrong about a lot of things lol Too many things that I'd like to admit.
But here's why I am so excited....
I get home, after 11 hours of working. I spend time with my family and make sure they come first. But after the kids are settled and the wife is talking to her sister on the phone lol I sit down....
In front of my computer and create. I read Threads on LEO. I engage with people. I'm in love with this blockchain lol Because even right now, while it's not making me a living, I know I'm building for the future.
What's next?
