I am flush with a trove of splendid shiny subjects to write about, yet it is a cursed irony that I am not able to craft the words into meaningful posts at this time or over the past several weeks has left me more than frustrated.

Therefore, my posts will be more simplified from here on in, or until my health improves. So be gone you weary clouds and take that foul malaise with you for we shall embrace the December festivities with vim and vigor beginning with the addition of TWO new pieces to my Booty Bank.

The 2023 Monster Raffle.

The reboot of the fundraiser for the #silvergoldstackers Curation project that was started back in the Pre-Hive days is again a success. The proceeds provided the benefit away from the reliance on external funding and promoted a more vigorous growth from within the #sgs community.

I thank all the #silvergoldstackers members around the Monster Raffle for the opportunity to participate. With my budget of 100 Hive, a little more than $30 worth at the time, I stood a reasonable chance at landing any prize. My primary objective was to land a Hive account@raybrockman poured piece even if there was a better prize by weight that was available for the choosing making up for a past lost opportunity.

The raffle itself took place live on Discord, in real time and was run rather smoothly without any major hitches. As expected members and participants entertained each other in a festive atmosphere as the raffle progressed. Then my silent prayer was answered almost midway through the raffle. I checked the ‘Live’ list and my own. The Skull Cross!

Long term storage; I should learn how to freeze dry food.

A delicious bonus too, Dave’s Ultimate Prime rib jerky, it will beat salted pork and hard tack any day of the year aboard my ship. Thank you again Hive account@silverd510.

The PIMP Community Silver

Yes, I do follow the pertinent threads on the Paper In My Pocket (PIMP) Discord as best I can understand tokenomics but when I got wind of the plan for having a physical silver reserve as a part of the PIMP portfolio that would put a solid floor underneath this token. After seeing the vast majority of Hive Engine tokens flat-lined prompting me rather focus on our native Hive token, HBD and few the Layer 2 tokens I’ve already committed to.

As a member of the precious metal community I like that idea, as an important component of this token. Assigned with the role of Vault Master, Hive account@silverd510 was also commissioned with producing the first run of PIMP silver pours. And I have the pleasure of acquiring PIMP Hex #8 and I am NOT disappointed. Thanks Hive account@enginewitty, for introducing me into this wildly enterprising community. And I still owe you an overdue ‘Thank-You’ post for that Precious little Halloween gift. 🎃

For Hive Power-Up Day?

My current HP is sitting at 18,655ish HP. With 501 Hive, should I power up 345 Hive to make it an even 19,000 HP? That would leave 156 liquid Hive remaining for the next power up or, blow it on a wild bet. 🤔kay, 19,000 HP it is. I'll put the proof in the comments later.
