My process:

1. Check orderbook https://beeswap.dcity.io/tokens/LEO
2. Cross-check with swap pool https://beeswap.dcity.io/swap?input=SWAP.HIVE&output=LEO
3. Buy wherever is cheaper (and don't pay more than the current swap rate on the order books, as it will just go to bots who then sell it to you on the order book and simultaneously buy from the swap pool, leaching money from the economy)
