We do in fact have a rollout strategy for releasing SURGE's presale on Base using concentrated liquidity pools

The TLDR; is that you'd be able to swap USDC for SURGE at a predefined presale price (similar to how its working on Hive-Engine).

We would post all SURGE currently outstanding for sale (~407,000 SURGE) on this LP. This would move the presale from Hive-Engine to Base

The only worry we have is that the SURGE presale will likely sell out super quickly. This would end up with a lot of SURGE held by a few whales (there are many whales on Base) and the Lions of $LEO would have to act quickly to even get a small slice of it

The goal is to spread SURGE widely, not have it held by a few whales. Though if the community wants to see us launch it on Base sooner than later, we are happy to push this
