A lot of this is a lot of wishful thinking. So what Solutions can you think of that we can actually do without affecting a coup d'etat? Well we have to have heirloom houses for children. The children will hear at their houses and they won't have to buy a house whether the market keeps going up like it does or it crashes it won't matter. At least for those of us who adopt this lifestyle. But this means probably that we have fewer children of course. If you have five children are you going to have five houses for them? Probably not. But for many of us who have only one, it works out.

It's not really a new idea obviously. But over the last century people have had this expectation of the child leaving the home and going out and buying his own. I don't think we should cling to this anymore.
