The way the game is structured the more you play the more the results improve due to the XP points of the players and due to the effect of synergy but you are right at the moment the game is not fun and in fact I always play in autoblatter and wait for one game to start and immediately start the other game with my second team.
I hope like you that the next gameplay will improve this game making it fun
