This post is a test + feedback of the onboarding method that Leofinance is developing to attract people from web 2.
Here I will show the account creation process, as far as it allows me, so that the devs can see the type of error and continue building on it. The protocol uses Google or X (Twitter) accounts to create a new Hive account.
I will use my wife's Google credentials, who after hearing me talk about Hive so much wants to have her own account too 😂 To test this option, I documented the entire account creation process with screenshots.
The first step is to open the web page of the Leo interface where we see the option to create accounts in both X and Google.

The next step is to choose the username with which you will identify yourself on the platform, it should be noted that this username is unique and can never be changed, so we must choose one that really identifies us. If the username you write appears in green, it means you can use it and it is not taken on the blockchain. On the contrary, if it appears in red it means it already exists, change it or modify it.
And here we arrive 😂
After this step the process does not continue, when we click on the continue button it does not advance to the next step so it is impossible to continue with the account creation. Next I show screenshots of the error that is shown in the console.
I went back to try the option of Logging in with X, but the same thing happens, I don't know if the error is the same, I don't know anything about programming 😅 so I also leave the screenshot.
I hope this post is useful to the Leo Finance team. I trust that they will solve it soon and we will have this wonderful alternative that will surely contribute to the adoption of the ecosystem. A hug and we read each other in the next one.

Esta publicación es un test + feedback del método de onboarding que está desarrollando Leofinance para atraer personas desde la web 2.
Acá mostraré el proceso de creación de cuentas, hasta donde me lo permita, para que los devs puedan ver el tipo de error y sigan construyendo sobre eso. El protocolo utiliza las cuentas de Google o X (Twitter) para crear una nueva cuenta de Hive.
Utilizaré las credenciales de Google de mi esposa, que ya de tanto escucharme hablar de Hive quiere tener su cuenta también 😂 Para probar esta opción documenté todo el proceso de creación con capturas de pantallas.
El primer paso es abrir la página web de la interfaz de Leo donde vemos la opción de crear cuentas tanto en X como en Google.
Yo seleccioné la opción de Google
Lo siguiente es escoger el nombre de usuario con el que te identificarás en la plataforma, cabe destacar que ese usuario es único y no podrá ser cambiado nunca, así que debemos escoger uno que realmente nos identifique. Si el nombre del usuario que escribes sale en verde, quiere decir que puedes usarlo y no está tomado en la cadena de bloques. Por el contrario, si te sale en rojo es que ya existe, cámbialo o modifícalo.
Y hasta aquí llegamos 😂
Luego de este paso el proceso no continúa, cuando hacemos click en el botón de continuar no se avanza hacia el siguiente paso por lo que es imposible continuar con la creación de la cuenta. A continuación muestro capturas de pantalla del error que se muestra en la consola.
Le di atrás para probar la opción de Loguearme con X, pero pasa lo mismo, no sé si el error sea el mismo, yo no se nada de programación 😅 así que dejo también la captura de pantalla.
