I believe in this saying
If you do not plan first before doing something, you have already planned to fail
This is so true. Anything one intends to do in this life needs proper planning, be it traveling, acquiring a property, new house, buying a car, even cooking and some other house chores. Planning is very important as it helps in achieving goals.
The Sprint quest is ongoing in earnest and the number of participants is mind blowing. Everyone has a fair chance of coming out top and getting a share of the prize money which is $10k. Also two communities will get 100k LP each of their representatives come top.
Being an optimistic person, I look forward to clinching it to the top leaderboard.
But how is that possible since the competition is fierce?
Well, I'm focused and committed to this course to ensure my dream is achieved.
- I have rescheduled some of my programs to create time for the quest.
- It is of utmost importance that I carry out all the quests at the due time. And while doing so, I will not fail to read the instructions first and stick to the rules too, so I don't make mistakes that will lead to my losing points.
- I have invited some frens to join as it will be required for the quest.
- I believe in team work. Although this is an individual race, sort of, if any of my friends or anyone else reaches out to me for assistance with the quest, I will surely help because of the person wins, I have won too.
With all these already being implemented, no doubt I will make it. And I have already made plans for it. Let's take a look them
- I intend getting a Laptop
There are so many communities and activities going on in the Hive ecosystem and leothreads too. Currently I am using my Infinix Hot 10i mobile both for work and microblogging and it's already overloaded and crying for a change. Also I'm being limited to accessing certain features in #threads like uploading of videos, images and so on so getting a laptop for a change will greatly enhance my engagement and activities in the Hive blockchain.
- Increase My Leo Stake
It is very important I stake more Leos as I know how beneficial it is for me and the community too. Also with the launch of the new UI, there's a likelihood that some features can only be accessed if one holds a higher stake, So in order to be able to also be enjoy these benefits, I plan to stake up to 5000 Leo by the end of the 2nd quarter.
Plans are already in place in achieving that. Currently I have 1082.744 Leo Power and 323.943 Liquid Leo. Few days ago I bought some Leo and with my earnings coming in, next #lpud will be a huge one for me.
- Keep a certain amount for family and personal use.
Family is everything and whatever I earn in the quest, they will definitely have a share.
Also I will not neglect my personal needs in a bid to implement other plans. I made the money so I have to use some of it to take care of my personal needs.
- Increase My HBD savings.
Savings is important and HBD savings is importanter 😅, if such a word exist. Since I learnt about the earning of 20% APR I have been saving. I have 50.006 HBD savings now and with this share of the quests prize, I will put some there too.
Well it wouldn't be a bad idea to go to the Maldives for a vacation after winning the prize money, don't you think? 😂
