Does it?
I know it sounds cheesy, but no, money doesn't answer all things. Money is a very important, vital resource in the modern world. Yes, because with money you can buy things and achieve material goals, but true love, for example, cannot be bought with money, nor can all the resources in the world revive our dead loved one, nor can we buy more time or delay time .
Money is a resource that, used in the correct way, achieves miracles. Imagine a billionaire building schools, water wells in Africa? or someone in a position of power manages to put an end to labor and humanitarian abuse in countries like India and other countries where people are exploited for pennies. Notice I mentioned power, but not money.
They are different things. Yes. Personally, during the years 2017-2019, I lived the best economic moments of my life and still I was not able to buy the affection of the man I loved, start a family or prevent the death of my uncle and my 2 brothers.
And although financially I have my challenges, I always manage to solve them, I have health and a nice life. But I can't bring back my best friend, the only one I could tell my stuff to. I can't hug my father every time I miss him or call him on the phone.
Many times I found myself in beautiful, luxurious places surrounded by spectacular people and I wanted to be there with my family but they were too busy or with that couple, but I wasn't interested. It also happened to me that I bought a nice dress or did my nails and there was no one around to appreciate it. From all these experiences I learned that money is a resource, not the absolute solution.
