Learning to identify market volatilities
Good morning everyone, I'm Mag! I am learning to trade and in this post I want to share with you what I have learned about trading. In this post I will talk mainly to see the volatilities in the market, as they are very important to identify them before making any operation or analysis. Before I start I will explain a little about, what is trading?
What is trading?
Trading is the buying and selling of listed financial instruments, these instruments would be; shares, companies, currencies, commodities, etc.. An online platform is used, with the aim of obtaining an economic profitability in a short time. Its operations are based, fundamentally, on buying an asset to sell it at a higher price or selling an asset to buy it again at a lower price.
Market volatility
The volatility in a market is the variation that the price experiences with respect to its mean, it could be said that the volatility in a market is the speed of variation of the price with respect to time. This means that the volatilities in the markets are the ones that indicate the intensity and frequency with which the price will move. This could also affect trading, as in binary trading, the effectiveness of an analysis depends on a closing point relative to an opening point.
1. Weak volatility
This type of market can be identified because the price has little movement, it can also be identified by looking at the body of the candlesticks, as in this type of market the bodies of the candlesticks are very small. This type of volatility can be very misleading, as the small amount of movement makes it more difficult to see the price reaction.
2. Healthy Volatility
This type of volatility is much easier to identify, as it shows much clearer and more confident price movements. This is because all candlesticks maintain an average size and do not show too many wicks. This type of volatility is much calmer, therefore making it easier to track the price in important areas.
3. High Volatility
This type of volatility can be identified by observing the speed at which the price moves, as it leaves indecisive movements. In this type of volatility there is a lot of risk when making a transaction, as it is usually very misleading and the speed at which the price moves is difficult to see the important areas, it can also leave a bad entry point because of its rapid movements. This type of market is often called a "Dirty" market or a market with a lot of "Noise".
Final Observation and Recommendations
As we could observe, the most recommendable volatility to make operations is the healthy one, thanks to its more precise movements and the structure that it leaves. While the low and high volatilities are not recommended, as they present indecisive and misleading movements, making it difficult to read or analyse the price movements.

Muy buenas a todos, Yo soy Mag!. Estoy aprendiendo a hacer trading y en este post quiero compartir con ustedes lo que he aprendido acerca del trading. En este post hablaré principalmente a ver las volatilidades en el mercado, ya que son muy importantes identificarlas antes de realizar cualquier operación u análisis. Antes de comenzar les voy a explicar un poco sobre, ¿qué es el trading?.
¿Qué es el Trading?
El trading es la compra y venta de instrumentos financieros cotizados, estos instrumentos vendrían siendo; las acciones, empresas, divisas, materias primas, etc. Se utiliza una plataforma online, con la finalidad de lograr obtener una rentabilidad económica en poco tiempo. Sus operaciones se basan, fundamentalmente, en comprar un activo para venderlo a un precio más alto o vender un activo para comprarlo de nuevo a un precio más bajo.
La volatilidad en el Mercado
La volatilidad en un mercado es la variación que el precio experimenta respecto a su medio, se podría decir que, la volatilidad en un mercado es la velocidad de variación del precio con respecto al tiempo. Esto nos quiere decir que, las volatilidades en los mercados son las que nos indican la intensidad y la frecuencia con la que el precio se moverá. Esto también podría afectar las operaciones, ya que en operaciones binarias, la efectividad de un análisis depende de un punto cierre respecto a un punto de apertura.
1. Volatilidad débil.
Este tipo de mercados se pueden identificar porque el precio tiene poco movimiento, además también se puede identificar observando el cuerpo de las velas, ya que en este tipo de mercado los cuerpos de las velas son muy pequeños. Este tipo de volatilidad puede ser muy engañosa, ya que con sus pocos movimientos hace que sea más difícil ver la reacción del precio.
2. Volatilidad Saludable
Este tipo de volatilidad se pueden identificar mucho más fácil, ya que muestra movimientos muchas más claros y seguros del precio. Esto es porque todas las velas mantienen un tamaño promedio y no muestran demasiadas mechas. Este tipo de volatilidad es mucho más tranquilo, por lo tanto hace que sea más fácil hacer el seguimiento del precio en zonas importantes.
3. Volatilidad Alta
Este tipo de volatilidad se puede identificar observando que la velocidad en la que se mueve el precio, ya que va dejando movimientos indecisos. En este tipo de volatilidad hay mucho riesgo a la hora de realizar una operación, ya que suele ser muy engañoso y por la velocidad que se mueve el precio es difícil ver las zonas importantes, también puede dejar un mal punto de entrada a causa de sus rápidos movimientos. A este tipo de mercado se suele llamar: un mercado “Sucio” o un mercado con mucho “Ruido”.
Observación Final y Recomendaciones
Como pudimos observar, la volatilidad mas recomendable para realizar operaciones, es la saludable, gracias a sus movimientos más precisos y la estructura que va dejando. Mientras que las volatilidades baja y alta, no son recomendables, ya que presentan movimientos indecisos y engañosos, dificultando leer o analizar los movimientos del precio.
