Major Western banks, due to their ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) policies are not funding coal based projects in spite of the high demand for energy (including from coal).

This is a way by which the order that is being tried to establish in the world is controlling what projects are worthy and what projects are not.

This is another example of corruption brought by the centralization of financing. Alternative ways of financing are going to be needed. This may be a niche for decentralized financing. (DeFi)
