I get what you're saying overall, But who remembers 2017-18 with the regular year end predictions of 100k/btc.... sure it may get there eventually esp. now, but how many times have world events like malicious contracts or MtGOX caused some flash instabilities in various coin marks btc alt or otherwise.... I mean who out there has actually read the Doge white paper for example.
