1st: become less judgmental, try to focus on less other people, know your own flaws better than anybody else does
2nd: stop self-loathing, instead of hating yourself for the flaws you have, try doing loving yourself more, work on transforming those flaws into something positive
3rd: stop wasting energy into things that don’t make a difference, as Marcus Aurelius Said: “Be indifferent to what makes no difference”. focus on things you have control and not the things you don’t.
4th: Don't confuse being busy with being productive, Productivity is getting more done in less, being busy on the other hand is doing none stop till you have a burnout.
