I think Elon might just be good at technical analysis and makes his calls based on them. The last time BTC dumped, it seemed to correlate with Elon's tweet whereas any expert TA could have seen the dump coming, so is this run-up to 40k. Perhaps he amplifies it but I dont think he's in total control of moving the market as much as he makes himself seem so to the rest of the world.
