Great analysis. Somethings you highlighted especially in regard of Hive should be taken in account. Followers here dosen't mean as much as other places, and I think is for the better as in my view allow for better relationship to be born other then the insatiable hunger for followers. Though this speak to the hard to market thing for Hive as everybody is used to this mechanic.
