Happy Christmas Hive community and I hope all of you're having a wonderful time.
Sometimes, being involved with crypto feels like it's Christmas every day. I'm learning to stay calm with my crypto journey and thanks to my valuable crypto experiences with Steem and Hive.
I'm certainly someone who truly belives crypto is a positive sum game and genuinely contributed towards crypto mass adoption.
Most of us are going back to our families for Christmas, and there is great chance we end up meeting with nocoiners during this festive period. Today I had an opportunity explain the use cases of Bitcoin to one of my uncle. After few minutes of explaining I realiesd that he was not keen, So I decided not to explain further. Maybe he is at age where crypto might be bit too complex to understand.
Very difficult to discuss crypto gains with people who don't even really understand the significance of inflation.
Also today, I met with couple of my cousins and they were very keen to learn more about after my initial introduction. I can't wait to get them onboarded with crypto sooner than later. At the same time, I'm confident that their curiosity will make them self educate themselves about crypto.
One of the benefits of being curious is that you never get bored, whether alone or with other people. If you’re truly curious, there are an infinite number of things you can try, learn and build.
Actual question is whether it's good idea to discuss your crypto gains at the Christmas family dinner. I know most people have enjoyed massive gains with ongoing crypto bull run and some of them find it quite hard to openly talk about it. In my personal view it's in our own interest to talk about our crypto gains in order to make your family member to invest with crypto. I don't do push anyone to get involved with crypto like I used to do but I'm willing to fil anyone who is curious about Crypto.
