somehow labeled and froze my account

I've had this happen to my account, two or three times, when I ... deposited money to buy some crypto, Hive included, some time ago. I think it was on Binance. Each time I had to contact the support, verify myself again, and sign off some documents that literally said that "yeah I know what I am doing, stop holding my money to protect me". I was pretty ... irritated ... but then I learned that apparently there was some scam campaign ongoing (for a few years even?) where the scammers were advertising Hive accounts as temporary wallets and then stole people's hive account keys and stole their money.. well sucks that they used Hive. As if Hive could afford getting bad PR :|

Anyways I wonder why your account was frozen. No info from the support?
