One of the things that is proving difficult to human existence right now is the inability to cope with market price Inflation. In fact, inflation is really making this life difficult for us to survive. Even those who think they are comfortable before are now really cutting down their budgets,most especially those that were living extravagant life before inflation came to take it place in market price. What about those who earn peanut as salary? It's hell of a difficult time for us.
What is inflation?
As it's simply put, inflation is the continuous increase in price of good and services. The cost for goods and services are following each other like bumper to bumper. Buying goods and rendering services cost are now being inflated to now unbearable prices. I live in Nigeria, I know how things normally works here, ever since my existence in this country i haveae never seen where price of a particular goods inflated, then because of economic change the price now deflated. It's either the price of that particular good stays where it is or inflates further.
Can increase in price of services rendered by workers help them to cope with the current price inflation?
Of course, we have many workers in every sphere of organization that render their services in other to get paid. To start with, there are lot of things to be considered to tackle the present issue of inflation. In every organizations, every employers should consider to increase price of services their employees render. That's how every individual can partially cope with the current inflation. For example, someone can't expect a worker who's earner $80 last year per month to as salary to still earn the same salary presently. If nothing changed about such the salary , such person's salary would always be eating away by inflation. A worker who earns $80 as salary last year, currently should be earning almost like $100 to $120 to cover up for some effects of inflation price. A worker can't cope with inflation currently if his or her salary remains stagnant.
