Normally! There are numerous Chicks that grow into being categorize as Boiler, Noiler and Cockerel. But then there are numerous reasons why people choose to rear one kind of birds over the other. Just like the way people prefer to rear Broiler birds over Layers, most especially among the people who tend to run Poultry farm as a small scale business.
What are the differences between Noiler and Broiler Birds?
Broiler birds normally come in white color here in Nigeria. I haven't seen any Broiler birds that is another color other than white but Noiler birds can come in different colors; most times white, black, gold mixed with black and red or something.
Broiler birds grow faster than Noiler birds breed that's why people prefer to Broiler birds for business than Noiler birds.
Noiler birds don't necessarily need to be housed just like the broiler birds because Noiler birds have local chicken genetic. One can leave them to roam about the compound but you can't do that with Broiler birds.
Noiler birds have the tendency to live longer than the Broiler birds but this lies on the things they consume. If Broiler birds consumes too much fat, they have the tendency not to live longer than 15 weeks. Noiler birds grow slowly but they can live longer than Broiler birds.
Broiler birds is profitable for business and goods for shorty term business while no one would even consider Noiler birds for business in the first place.
