Just two days ago the world witnessed the Ethereum Merge, and in just 5 days we will also witness Vasil, the Cardano (ADA) hard fork, which will also have interesting repercussions on the development of this crypto and project.

More about Vasil
As I have already pointed out, Vasil will be the name of this Hard Fork of the Cardano network and in this regard we can say that, in fact, this update (which will happen as I said, on September 22, 2022), will be the most relevant of all those that have existed in the Cardano network to date, since it will provide, among other things, the ability to carry out transactions at a lower cost (that is, with lower fees), and a higher network capacity, respectively.
By the way, Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson was one of the co-founders of the Ethereum network, coincidentally. It is not that it is relevant to the Hard Fork that will happen soon, but I find it curious that both updates (the Ethereum Merge, which as we know was the change from POW to POS of the Ethereum network, and the Cardano Hard Fork) , are being carried out so few days apart from each other.
Although they are not related to each other, in my opinion, they are issues that are truly relevant for us traders and investors in the market to try to obtain greater profits based on using these things as fundamentals in the markets.
It is worth mentioning that one similar thing that this Cardano Hard Fork will have with respect to the Ethereum Merge of a couple of days ago is that it also seeks to improve the scalability of the network through concrete actions.
We could mention very technical things regarding Vasil, but basically, I think the most important thing is that it will improve the security, speed and scalability of the entire Cardano network, which will undoubtedly make the ecosystem itself more robust. All this will lead, among other things, to transactions that are executed more efficiently, and smart contracts that, due to their great optimization, will be an incentive for more dapp developers to develop them on the Cardano network.
As if all this were not enough, the Vasil update will also imply improvements to the Cardano network in the cryptographic aspect, which among other things will allow improving Cardano's blockchain interoperability with other cryptographic projects, serving as an efficient and secure interconnection bridge between different chains.
The evolution in the price of Cardano
I believe that the Cardano update will be very positive, and for this reason, personally, I am already buying Cardano to wait and see what will happen after the Hard Fork. Of course, by saying this I am not recommending anyone to buy Cardano (or any other crypto), because everyone is responsible for what they buy or stop buying in the markets; but what I am telling you is what I am doing in this regard about this Vasil update.
Because I, particularly, think, hope and project that this update (Vasil) of the Cardano network will be totally positive for ADA, in the sense that it will strengthen it as a project and as a cryptocurrency. I mean, if the upgrade goes well, I think that Cardano, as a project, is going to tend to grow and increase its market capitalization in a big way in the coming weeks and months; and for its part, ADA will begin to have a better price in the market, which will most likely make it go up in price a lot and exceed its current ATH (All Time High), which is $3.09.
But, although I remain optimistic about all this that I am telling you (because I like Cardano-ADA in every way) it remains to be seen what will happen at the price level after Vasil, so we will have to wait to see exactly what will happen. At the moment, we saw that Ethereum has not had the desired or projected impact (at least until now), but Cardano, being a different project, with a different vision of things, could be very different in every way; and, personally, I bet that it will be.
Anyway, I look forward to the Cardano update. And meanwhile, I am positioning myself in the market with how many ADA units I can buy; Whether I'm wrong or not, time will tell. Until again, netizens!
