Tax season has started and that means that you should prepare for your tax filing. No doubt, it’s quite a complicated process, like everything connected with finances. There are several options to file your taxes, like:
- Do it yourself (fill out IRS Form 1040 or Form 1040-SR by hand and mail it)
- Use online tax software
- Hire a tax pro
The most popular option for tax filing is using an online tax software. Turbotax is considered to be the market leader in this product segment. Customers report mixed feedback using this software - some of them are pleased but some experienced several problems using it.
To help better understand how satisfied consumers are with the tax software services and their customer service, PissedConsumer conducted an online survey about their experiences. Thus, 64.7% of surveyed consumers got their issues resolved by a TurboTax customer service representative.
