Phobias are something that a lot of people encounter on a very frequent basis as they happen to have certain fears about a particular activity or a thing that has been an integral part of their own life from a very significant impact that has happened to them for some reason which has been automatically experienced or something that has caused them to remember it in such a manner that their body reacts to that particular situation whenever they find themselves into any similar condition of that particular sort.

There are a lot of phobias that people can be suffering from and all of those happen to exist in their lives for a particular reason or an experience that they had at a young age or any phase of life that triggered them to completely avoid or having a very sensational fear from that particular activity and all of those things happened to be existing for a long amount of time and have a very big impact on their life that they are going to live ahead and is also something very hard to get away from and even trying to think of erasing it.
One of the most commonly asked questions about phobias is why are we not able to completely remove phobias from our life by just thinking straight or trying to think with some logic when we are facing those phobias For example if we talk about fear of close spaces or claustrophobia then we can think that the place we are in right now is specially designed for so many people to fit in and that is done by experts who are already having this calculation done so we are going to be safe and up to be in here but at those particular movements when we are feeling that particular fear this rational thoughts do not work and that is one of the biggest reason why we are not able to completely treat phobias.
But at the same time we should always so not let phobias get on top of us we can practice certain activities that can definitely help or at least manage the anxiety that we feel in those particular movements and that can be done through certain meditations which can help us relax to feel grounded and sting in the present moment and also becoming or body which is a big response in the psychological aspect that individuals can face in those particular situations which will be enabling them to at least give a chance to think that they are safe by using logic to remind themselves even if their brain is signaling danger which is the phobia itself.
Despite all of our efforts even if we are trying to Think Straight with logic and all of the things that we can be doing to completely remove phobias our brain is not allowed to overcome phobias that easily because its response to fear is completely programmed to be overriding all of these logical thoughts that we can even think of because it is very deeply routed within our system as the phobia is a result of a dramatic experience and that is hard to get off.
Phobias are pretty common and very much misunderstood as we can see that people do talk about them in a very negative sense education about phobias as well as also trying to reduce the impact of phobias is something that needs to be discussed because ultimately overcoming phobia is always an individual journey and can have different meaning for people as well as the thoughts of rationalities that take over our brain in those situations is something that we need to be learning from and trying to improve our quality of life by trying to make those significant moves in those situations to get them away.
