RisingStarGame: New changes really spice up the things.
If you are playing the RisingStar Game, then you might have noticed that music lessons now require Starpro payments and the amount of payment is proportional to the amount of the Skill you will get from the lessons. More details about this change can be read in the post. I did some quick maths (and is subject to change that I will explain in the "Why Starpro, Why not Starbits?" heading in this post) and it looks like some 250 Startbits will equate to .0001 Starpro and it is approximately equal to 50 Skills, so it comes as 5 Starbits per Skills as of now.
So how does it affect the missions?
I think those who are not repeatedly clicking the same mission or doing long missions are not affected much but in short missions, one can go in Starbits loss after performing the mission. I will explain it but before it you have to take a look at below screenshot.
So in this mission payment can be from 1 Starbits to 1510 starbits and ego generated is 11. Let's suppose after completing this mission one get 10 Starbits as a reward, In this case, 11 ego is generated, and if it takes to spend 5 Starbits to get one skill, so one will need 55 Starbits to add 11 skill and overall yield of the mission will be loss of 40 Starbits. Does not it make you think about which mission you should choose, instead of blindly "clicking" any mission?
Why Starpro, Why not Starbits?
If someone is thinking why payment is sought in Starpro but not in Starbits then I would like to explain that taking payments in Starpro is an absolute beauty that puts a check in the inflation of Starbits and makes this game now really sustainable for the long term. Every day 100 Starpro is generated by burning Starbits in a pool. As in the initial days, I remember burning 30-40K Starbits to generate 1 Starpro . In the current scenario, looks like this number is now around 2.5 million Starbits per Starpro. If Starbits inflation goes more the cost of obtaining 1 Starpro for Starbits will increase and it will burn more Starbits.
Also, it put a cap on music lessons that all players can do as Starpro is a fixed supply token, so we cannot exceed the "payment of music lessons" by more than 100 Starpro (do not say previous reserve and market because it will become unsustainable in few days) in a day if the generation of Starpro is limited to 100 per day. And do not forget other missions and adventures that require Starpro payments.
So this additional sink of Starpro will create a huge sink of Starbits and I guess it will help in sustainability of game in long run as mindless clicking of mission is not going to be a profitable venture.
My Progress.
Unfortunately, I still far away from my goal of level 200, One month ago when I posted about this game , I was at Level 194 and today I am at level 195, definitely a snail progress here but hopefully, I will reach my target level of 200 and unlock the map 4 in the game before the end of the year for which I am now waiting for years.
