Hello Everyone on Hive,
Good morning/evening
First of all, I am thankful to you all for reading my intro post. I am feeling grateful for this opportunity to introduce myself.
My name is rayt2, not my real name, but not very far from it. I am from a northern state of India. I've already completed my education and was working in a private sector bank as a probationary officer, but am currently out of a job because the bank I worked for applied 20% of jobs cut during last financial year.
Unfortunately, that's true when anything goes against the governments, corporates, or financial institutes. The burden of cost-cutting goes to employees, and those are the ones that feel the brunt of all these changes, so no complaints.
I'm currently trying to make ends meet, so when one of my friends suggested I join this site, I immediately agreed. I am also taking a certificate course in mass media, which should help me get a job in the media or electronic news industry.
I don't have any past experience in writing, but I am prepared to learn everything from my friends, as I have learned a few other techniques in the last years of the pandemic era.
And now, I'm ready and excited to use my knowledge for whatever I have learnt in my life so far. As they say, anything to stay alive in this cruel world.
I am willing to use my willpower and confidence as my strength as I look forward to mingling with new people in the online world.
Let me accept that I have certain weaknesses. That is, I won't feel satisfied until my work is completed.
And my hobbies are learning new things, drawing, and going out to see the world at close quarters.
My short-term goal is to make money from online work and grow my status, and my long-term goal is to get a good job in a reputed company. I am willing to learn from the experiences of you all.
My long-term goal is to get into a good position where I can build my career and organization.
That's all about me.
