I kinda feel like the crypto market slowly entered a second bull run phase in this last quarter. We have seen lots of crypto attain new all time highs and have been going green for days now.
Bitcoin which has the highest dominance in market capitalization got to an all time high this last quarter of 2021. Bitcoin is sitting at a $1.244 Trillion market capitalization currently, having a total market dominance of 43.47%.
Well the market capitalization is expected to go this high, this is because of the creation of new coin projects everyday. There are like 13,000 cryptocurrencies, it could be less, it could be more. But imagine the amount of money being pumped into crypto everyday.
Ethereum also got to an all time high this quarter getting to $4,732 having half a trillion dollars in market capitalization. BNB is another coin racing really hard this quarter, almost got to its previous all time of $702 but stopped at $680. BNB is sitting above $100 Billion in market capitalization. What do you expect from the native coin of the world’s biggest exchange. Aside the crypto exchange widely used, we also saw the coin surge really high in terms of defi. People préfères using BSC Defi platforms because of the cheaper gas fees compared to that of Ethereum.
Solana being among the top 10 coin is amazing because of its NFT use. People started using it more to mint NFTs because of the outrageous ETH gas fee. It’s funny how no matter how much replacements people used over Ethereum, Ethereum price kept soaring higher. Making me wonder, will Ethereum ever think of reducing their gas fee? And if they do how will that affect the price?
According to coingecko, the price of the total Market capitalization has gotten to $3 Trillion but CoinMarketCap is still saying $2.8 Trillion. Well during this bull run are you still holding or you are talking profit. For me, I keep being a diamond, am not planning on selling anytime soon.
Still waiting for Hive to reach its $1 Billion Market capitalization, right now the market capitalization is slightly above $290 Million keeping it on 275 in the position of cryptocurrency market capitalization.
