The title was just a stupid quote I got from a movie, it was funny because they tried to rhyme risk it and biscuit(bisk it). But you get the point right? Nothing comes easy, lol, that is another statement that is not entirely true, because we have seen lots of situations when something valuable came easy for some people. It’s an unfair life out there but what do you do? You have to try to play by the normal rule which is, if you want something you have to risk something. It could be your time or your money. But before you risk it, you have to think, is it worth it?

I’m in a dilemma between buying a lens profile or not. Lens profile is an NFT handle that is on the lens protocol and it’s required to get the Lens airdrop, we think. Lens has been trending and I have known about lens since December. To get a lens handle, you have to buy one from opensea in order to access the lens ecosystem. I wanted to get one in December when the floor price was about $46, but one of the moderators on the discord group chat suggested I wait till they release a badge for new people to mint their names. Because, minting your own name is not possible if you are not given an SBT. Making the lens profile extremely rare.
Few days ago, the Twitter handle posted an airdrop teaser and deleted the tweet and that sparked a huge discuss about possible lens airdrop, guess what happened to the lens profile name floor price? Sky rocketed to over $200, this was something that was below $50 but because of the airdrop rumors we are seeing over $200. I got so mad because I wanted to buy when it was $46 but got advised by the moderator to wait. Now, should I risk it? While trying to contemplate risking it and getting some before the airdrop, what if I buy the lens profile and the airdrop is not worth the amount I bought the handle, because $200 is a lot of money for me to risk right now.
Is the biscuit worth it right now? This lens profile was gotten so easily last year, right now it’s a hard process to get one. Some people were lucky to have gotten the handle when it was $4 on opensea, some have about 10 to 15 handles. In as much as I know I have to risk it to get the biscuit I don’t feel this biscuit is worth it.
