Yeah, I read that article when was released. I think that pretty much people is asking when/why the second payout scheduled for 1st of February never arrived. The sensation of something exciting starting one month, that is going to be monthly, and stopped instantly at the next month is disheartening XD
This being said, I'm aware of the gazillion problems that you guys have faced this last 30 days, with virtually every infra piece being attacked, down, glitching or bugging to the hell. So I guess that "Back to normal" is approaching. Thx
