Yesterday (12/07/2022) the Splinterlands team announced the End Of Year Sale for Genesis League. As the screenshot above shows five different levels of bulk purchases are available. Keep in mind the name of each level does not reflect anything other than being just that (in other words, anyone who has the means to do so can participate in any level they so choose). Min bulk purchase requirement is $10,000 in which will give 400 extra GLG packs and 100 Free Splinterlands Chaos Legion packs (potions included). The highest level will cost $250,000 USD in which one will receive 10,000 extra GLG packs and 12,000 Free Chaos Legion Packs (potions included). The five different entry points for bulk buy bonuses are named Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Champion. The bulk packages will be available until Wednesday, December 21st @ 5pm Eastern Time (US).
Each package will inherently include the following:
- *20% bonus GLG packs.
- *Free pack boosters & energy drinks
- *Free potions for all Chaos Legion packs.
- *Free manager license for every 100 packs purchased.
- *Special promo cards, w/ alternate art at max level.
- *In-game title.
- *Access to the closed beta in advance of full game launch.
Group Buys
Splinterlands is pleased to offer purchase pooling again with this set of holiday deals, as they did during Splinterfest. If multiple parties pool their resources to make a single bulk purchase, Splinterlands will distribute the resulting assets to up to 5 Hive wallet addresses. WYSIWYG
Unlike bulk deals offered for Chaos Legion packs, Splinterlands cannot swap any of the rewards for additional GLG packs. This is due in part to their arrangement with MLSPA. Nor can they swap any of the rewards for additional Chaos Legion packs. This promotional offer is fully WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get).
Bulk Deals Form:
Geneses League is currently in presale phase one which includes only the first 500,000 Genesis League Goals card packs. There will be a maximum of 8.5 million total packs minted for the 2023 season. As of yesterday (12/07/2022) there was only about 235,000 packs remaining in presale phase one. Pack staking is now live which means for every pack you stake you will be earning airdropped GLX tokens. GLX is the governance token of Genesis League Goals (GLG). GLX will also be the governance token for future games within the Genesis League Sports (GLS) ecosystem. Tokenomics in the GLS ecosystem will have similarities with the Splinterlands ecosystem in that there is a governance token (GLX), an in-game token (GLUSD) and a voucher token (GLGT). Chaos Legion EOYS Update
After the original announcement post for the Chaos Legion (CL) and Tower Defense (TD) End Of Year Sale (EOYS) went live it soon after got edited to include a new tier appropriately named Champion. The new updated bulk purchase tier can be seen below. Please note that all other tiers have not been changed. This was only an addition to the already existing bonus tiers. As a side note if you are interested in participating in bulk buys there are multiple group buys that are offering low entry points. Example: @nealmcspadden/sneak-peek-clp-chaos-legion-promo-packs-are-live. This same person ran a group purchase for packs in the past and everything went smooth. The minimum threshold is very low at 2700 DEC/ No Vouchers needed.
