I'm only at 160 PRE, but it is still better than nothing and who knows, maybe I'll rack up some referrals soon! I think by default it means that users will be presented options for their search engine and presearch will be on that list alongside google, firefox, yahoo, etc. and users will have the knowledge that they can earn from their searches.
