Doctors at Johns Hopkins suggest that we can keep our brains young with Music, and that we listen to music to stimulate our brains.

If you want to firm up your body, head to the gym. If you want to exercise your brain, listen to music.

If you want to keep your brain engaged throughout the aging process, listening to or playing music is a great tool. It provides a total brain workout.

I would like to say that I absolutely agree with this. Also, recently, I reviewed a lot of research on Music and health, and according to many studies and scientists, listening to music stimulates our brains.

Johns Hopkins researchers have had dozens of jazz performers and rappers improvise music while lying down inside an fMRI (functional magnetic resonance imaging) machine to watch and see which areas of their brains light up. Music is structural, mathematical and architectural. It’s based on relationships between one note and the next. You may not be aware of it, but your brain has to do a lot of computing to make sense of it.

According to a 2019 study, musical reward prediction errors engage the nucleus accumbens and motivate learning. This is really interesting research, I suggest you take a look if you have time. In other words, according to research, even a music listening award can make you want to learn more.

I love scientific research, in fact, many of them are things we know and experience, we just don't know their definition. Scientific research reveals their definition and evidence. Many studies reveal the positive effects of music on health and soul, so I like listening to music and musical activities. Not only listening to music, but also musical activities have positive effects on human health.

Frankly, I listen to all kinds of music that is pleasing to my ears and according to my mood. Indeed Music is food for the soul, enjoy the music.
