Before starting with this post I had to go back in time exactly 31 days ago when I made a review of now my July went. Well, it was a bit of a real life assessment to see where I am with my goals and also to see if I could set new goals and also try to accomplish them. So what this post basically seeks to do is to assess what I did in the month of august but then it’ll also be based on my old goals and then also how I was able to go about my new set goals last month.
The first thing that I’d like to look at is my blogging activities on the blockchain. There’s no doubt that each day I turn up to hive and even though for most of the time it’s not commenting or blogging I still do other stuff on hive. One aspect that I’ve seemed to improve is the how frequently I post on my blog. Last month(September) it was a challenge to me because I wasn’t consistent enough. Whenever I missed a day or two days of posting it ended up being weeks of not posting.
So in the light of this I decide to set a daily target if posting once per day. Has that been easy? No. I don’t know what causes me not to have the zeal the write a lot of blog post like I used to do, but one thing that I know is that even when I don’t feel like it I want to turn up and make a post regardless of how I feel that day.
I’ve been able to work on that and ever since I made that resolution I think I’ve only missed a day of not posting. With that even I had the post ready but ended up dozing off cause I was too tired to post.
Secondly, splinterlands has taken over most part of my life. In last months review there was nothing more to be done as I acknowledged that I play a lot of splinterlands daily which I am proud of. Ever since then I’ve realised that my sps stake has significantly increased and I am nearing 5k which I am sure I’ll be able to accomplish by next season end. This is a goal which I know I can achieve soon but I don’t want to put a lot of pressure on myself now.
From the 5k I want to be able to achieve a 10k sps stake in my main account. The thing is I know I can consider other factors like buying sps and staking but with the amount of sps I have delegated to my alt account I’d like to make good use of it.
One other thing that I spoke of in the other post was my coding journey. Coding has been something that I’ve wanted to be good at but then I keep on procrastinating with it. It’s not like I’ve decided to spend the whole day on it; it’s just 30 minutes and then I can’t seem to get a hold of myself to start. I will like to renew that energy and see if I can make it through this month.
My Leo power journey has been an incredible one. I’d like to announce that this month I was able to hit of 5k Leo power goal for the year and no am not stopping here.
I’d like to reach the next milestone as soon as possible but I can’t do that now cause I have to concentrate my efforts on other things.
So for now I think I’ve been able to accomplish most of the things that I set out to start and to accomplish. It’s now left with other important matters that I have to deal with to which I have to start right away.
