"Crypto markets have seen liquidations of at least $242 million in the past 24 hours as Russia invades Ukraine.
I don't really sleep at midnights, As a very big night owl, I watched the market fall for about 7 hours. When you have little crypto assets,it is really not an interesting film to watch.
Alot of things are going on in the world, Thank God for social media, at least one can stay informed. It is difficult to stay away from the news as your life or a friend's life my depend on it.
With the threats of world war III coming,crypto crashing, some people are already cashing out their crypto despite the value and preparing for safety if the war commences. Interestingly, i don't understand exactly what the UNITED NATIONS are doing! They are probably acting like me when i see two adults fighting. I'm always like "PEACE". In this serious world crisis, words can't really work. While it is clear that Russia is the aggressor,I don't know what is stopping the United nations.

The Useless Nations will likely find a way to make things even worse, based on its track record. I am teaching a 20th Century History class right now, and it is depressing to contemplate the unchanging stupidity of mankind on an endless loop.
It really sad to hear about these things going on.
Russia Vs Ukraine or Russia Vs Crypto?
The headline on CNBC reads
Bitcoin drops as much as 8% and other cryptocurrencies tumble after Russia attacks Ukraine
Russia banned crypto and now they are really causing the market to go down.
According to CNBC
More than $150 billion has been wiped off the entire cryptocurrency market in the last 24 hours, according to Coinmarketcap data.
The drop in cryptocurrency prices comes as global equity markets tumble following Russia's military attack on Ukraine. NBC News reported that explosions were heard in Kyiv, the Ukrainian capital.
The figures looks very scary. A month of February that many predicted to be bullish has gone from bad to worse. Well, not worse actually because am not still convinced. Yes, there is imminent threat of war, however, numbers don't lie. Alot of people are still hodling. Many people don't want to over react.
I'm Not Still Convinced!
I will end this short post by saying that am not convinced at all that we are in a Bearish market. I believe we can easily recover anytime. Bitcoin went below 30k last year without the threat of war or any impending doom.
Even with the tax season around the corner,I still think the market would recover soon.
