The simplicity of dcrops tokenomics is great. Each season more is minted, but it goes down by 0.5% each season. It started at 500k CROP for the reward pool, now almost 3 years later it is rewarding about 360k crop each season (15 days). The game doesn't need to figure out what to do after token mint stops (since it never stops). But the token does get harder to acquire as more players join and split the reward pool. CROP is also the primary way to participate in holiday events as a fee to try to acquire the event specific NFTs.
