The term LAC is an acronym referring to Latin America and the Caribbean region. The term LAC covers an extensive region, extending from Bahamas and Mexico to Argentina and Chile. Somewhat included in this region is Bermuda.
Bermuda, a British island territory in the North Atlantic Ocean, issued beautiful one crown silver coins in 1959 and 1964. The 1959 coins show the sailing ships Deliverance and Patience on the reverse, while the 1964 coins show a lion holding a shield.
