I had a conversation with a friend yesterday, who said casually that "investing is only for individuals with lots of money". That is a myth and totally untrue.

The rich are not the only ones who can invest. In fact, the majority of brokerages allow you to start with very little.

A large sum of money is not necessary to begin investing. You can begin with as little as a few hundred bucks. Make the most of your time and begin investing as soon as you can.

There are others who believe that an emergency fund is unnecessary. Credit cards are mistakenly thought of as emergency funds. Or they think there's no point in starting to save as they can't manage enough.

Each of these is a myth. Set a goal to save $100, then $250, and eventually $1,000 at first. Starting with that and saving more in time.

I received an orchid as a gift. It is a tiny plant compared to the rest that I have in the house, but big in blossoms. #orchidlover will surely like this one! Mayne Hive account@bdmillergallery might even write a poem about it.

There is a negative perception of orchids as fussy plants, that are best disposed of after their blossoms fade. Once you understand the fundamentals of orchid care, it's not too difficult to maintain an orchid in good enough health to rebloom every year for many years to come.

Imagine having blooms for three months of stunning, exotic flowers! The majority of orchids are hardy perennials, like this Phalaenopsis.

I was following a man who casted a shadow. I was starting at his shadow then it dawned upon me... a #shadow!!!
