Yesterday was our town's Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting Ceremony! It is a great tradition, not only in oursmall town, but in many parts of the world. The Historic Main Street of our town is BIG in events, although we are a small town and the parade is not as huge as big cities... we love it just the same.
Now, this is the flower of my rose tree, Double Delight. Supposedly this rose is distinguished by its exquisite double blooms, striking color combination of pink, strawberry-red borders and lush, creamy white blossoms.
It still has her wonderful, powerful scent, unstructured, vintage-style blooms with some 24 to 30 petals. Alas, we have had cold days and evenings, so it has lost her coloration. She is still my favorite!
These orchis are rich in blooms! These are the ones that bring color to the room!

It is December already, the end of the fiscal year for most people. How is your savings?
It's crucial to save money. The typical individual may sporadically and unevenly set aside money. They save during some months then withdraw or don't save at all during other months. People who are financially successful deduct a certain amount from their paychecks and put it straight into a savings account.
Try to save enough money for six to nine months' worth of spending in an emergency fund. Strive toward that objective with each paycheck. No matter how much you earn, put it in a place where it's earning compound interest.
Set a goal and focus your thoughts on believing you can attain it. Put it in writing! It is what separates the extremely successful person from the average person.
