Hey everyone,
This is the first time I'm writing some kind of watchlist and a plan for trading that will help me and possibly other people see more in their week of trading.
So here is what my plan is and a little about myself;
My plan is to write down every weekend the next weeks stocks that I will be looking at possibly swing-trading. These stocks will mostly be traded in the NYSE and NASDAQ. I trade with small amount of money and mostly options. I usually go for options that expire 2 months from the time i buy them and close them in less then a week. Sometimes I get leap-options that could be a longer hold. I am fairly new to the whole trading, and I am young so I advice you not to take this as a financial advice. However since I started I managed to double the money that I started with. This is mostly a blog of my trading and a way to practice and log my trades.
Last weeks recap:
Options entered: HBI, Jul 17, 11 Puts at 1.30
TWTR, Jun 19, 33 Puts at 1.17
T, Jun 19, 31 Puts at 0.80
MSFT, Jul 17, 200 Calls at 0.93
Closed options: T, Jun 19, 31 Put at 1.15
TWTR, Jun 19, 33 Puts at 2.45
MSFT, Jul 17, 200 Call at 1.70
WFC, Jun 19, 27.5 Call at 0.67
T, Jun 19, 31 Call at 0.78
For now, I will only show my option trades. But I also enter long-term investments from time to time and stocks that I hold over weeks/moths. Additionally, I am interested in learning new techniques and strategies so I will practice trading penny stocks as well, which I will also log to see how successful those trades are.
Next week on watchlist:
Possible exits are the red price levels, possible entries are the usually the yellow price alerts.
HUYA
looking at possible call options under the $15 area
BIIB
possible call entry at $290ish area
HPQ, I will either play HPQ or XRX not both
XRX, possible call entry under $15.50
CIT possible shares entry under $17
Others to look out for:
GIL, HBI, TWTR, COTY, AMD, MSFT, AES, AXP, EXC
If any of these stocks have a strong movement upwards or downwards I plan to enter them a day or two after that strong movement.
Thanks for reading, see you next week!
