This week may have appeared to be a quiet one on the surface for this LEO account, but behind the scenes there has been much going on. Welcome to the 17th 
This week I have completely reset the voting patterns of this account away from curation trail following, and built a white-list of authors who will receive regular up-votes from this account.
Obviously, this move was not taken lightly. I have known for a while that shifting to direct voting would boost our income. My hesitation and maintaining a conservative method was based on some concerns that members and SPI token holders may expect to be added to the auto-voter. I didn't want there to be any conflict within SPI so I kept the program conservative.
This week I have decided that the risks are worth the rewards from voting early. I have chosen the authors on the white-list purely based on the quality of their content and the support they receive within the tribes. There are some SPI holders on the list - there are many that are not.
No requests to be added to the auto-voter will be considered. This is not a delegate for up-votes, or an account that favours SPI holders.
Currently, I have white-listed for auto-votes 81 authors from both STEEMLEO and the other tribes we hold tokens in.
This process has taken up a huge amount of my time this week, countless hours as each author's content, support within the tribe, and other factors where checked 1 by 1. I don't want to use our voting power on shit-posts. All the authors in LEO in particular where already receiving votes from us anyway, as part of trails. This just means they will get a direct vote - and we get a chance of earning higher curation rewards.
None of this time investment is reflected in this weeks results. (Well, I did start this in a small trial in some of the "alt-tribes" and have higher "non-LEO income this week) Generally, the benefits will start to appear next week by Saturday, but the week after should show the full impact of these changes. I am hoping for a significant increase in income, but time will tell. I wouldn't have changed anything if I didn't really believe that this would be of benefit to the SPI program.

Highlights:
- Issued over 70 SPI this week, and made 60 STEEM worth of profit on top of that.
- Passed 5000 in owned LEO tokens.

- Noticed some errors in the last 2 reports slightly understating our income and assets. We actually passed 1000 total STEEM value of the account last week, but I didn't realise it.
If you have not heard of
account transfers it's LEO earnings to us for now to assist the growth of this account. The asset base we are building here from surplus earnings above the mining payouts are added to the Spinvest asset base, increasing the value of the tokens you earn.
Thanks to everyone supporting this program, especially the delegators: (please check your wallets to ensure the payouts have been made correctly, this is all processed manually and I am human :-)). Don't forget, when making a delegation, please DO NOT put the @ sign in, it leads to a plague of locusts to descend upon your house... (or at least the delegation doesn't work).
