Diwali is one of the biggest Indian festival. Called as the Festival of Lights, it is an auspicious time according to the Hindu calendar. It symbolizes the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, and good over evil. For people who believe in auspicious planetary alignments, Diwali is celebrated for bringing in wealth and prosperity. On this day hindu Godess Lakshmi were worshipped at every Indian home. Diwali also marks the beginning of new Calender year for Traders and Investors as per the ancient Hindu calendar.
Like any religious festival, there is a plethora of beliefs, customs, and traditions that surround Diwali. One such tradition which is very popular among Indian brokers and traders is Muhurat trading also known as Samvat Trading
Samvat* is a Sanskrit term for ‘year’. King Vikramaditya of Ujjain started Vikram Samvat in 57 BC and it is believed that this calendar follows his victory over the Saka in 56 B.C.
The word ‘Muhurat’ means an auspicious time. In Hindu customs, Muhurat is a time when planets are aligned favorably to ensure positive results.
Muhurat trading is the auspicious stock market trading in India for an hour on Diwali*. Being a national festival all the offices, institutes, public and private establishment remain closed, so does the Indian stock exchanges. However, as a ritual to embark a new journey in New customary hindu calendar year, One Hour of special trading session are open for everyone. The Muhurat trading time is based on an astrologically defined auspicious time of the day and will generally happen in the evening.
As Diwali also marks the beginning of the New Year or 'Samvat', it is believed that muhurat trading on this day brings wealth and prosperity throughout the year. This year, Muhurat trading will mark the beginning of Samvat 2078.
This year the muhurat time for trading will happen between 6.15 PM and 7.15 PM. (IST) on Thursday, 04-November.
According to beliefs, people trading during this one hour have a better chance of earning wealth and gaining prosperity throughout the year. Typically, this period is during the evening of Diwali and most people prefer buying stocks as a token of Goddess Lakshmi. This is unique practices that is being limited to the Indian stock markets.

This time I am prepairing myself to invest in Crypto as well as Stock Market. It is very hard to choose a specific crypto or stocks from so many options. However I made up my mind to invest a little portion.
After studying the fundamental and doing some research on both the markets, I have zeroed on few options, here is a list where ,I am going to invest for long term growth.

The logic of writing this post is to make everyome aware of the auspicious time for trading and Investing this. May the blessing of Godess Lakshmu showers on everyone. Also if you have never invested in stocks or cryptos, then Diwali can be a good day to begin. So why not to begin with new year calendar.
