The most basic question is Who owns it?
We have no idea.
We can guess that initially it was owned by 
Hive account@dan, 
Hive account@ned, and one or more investors (family, friends, VC).
After Hive account@dan and Hive account@ned had their falling out, what happened to Hive account@dan’s interest in the corporation? We have no idea.
And who might those other investors be and what percentages of the corporation might they own?
And who exactly is 
Hive account@freedom?
It’s worth noting that Hive account@dan was the 496th account created, Hive account@ned was the 497th, and Hive account@freedom the 499th suggesting that Hive account@freedom is very much an insider. I don’t know how to query the blockchain and search by ID number, but would be curious about 498.
Does Hive account@freedom possibly have a significant stake in Steemit, Inc?
Does someone with an NSA background have a controlling interest? (Not entirely a rhetorical question.)
