MAY PUD Powering up HIVE(HP) and LEO(LP) and getting a Power-Up Helpers Badge

Hello Hello to all you Hivians of HIVE and Lions of LEO

The first of May is today and so Happy Workers Day or Happy May Day or even Happy Mother's Day depending on where you are.

Here on HIVE though, the first of the month means that it is PUD or Power Up Day. If you read my blogpost title you will know I powered up both HIVE and LEO!

Powering up LEO was a first for me, and I will show you how I did it in a wee bit.

First things first, I did something else today

Power Up Helper

The Power-Up Helper badge allows you to get one more badge when helping others to power-up.

Get rewarded for the help you provide! By helping others to power up, you are showing everyone how mutual support is an important concept within the Hive community.

This will be my fifth PUD participation since I started to utilise HIVE on 1st January 2022.

However it is my first time that I have been a Power-Up Helper!

Some of you reading this might remember that members of Dreemport participated in a six week challenge organised by the wonderful Hive account@dreemsteem . One on of these weeks we were paired up with a partner. My partner was the amazing Hive account@hopestylist who has not stopped engaging and being an all round brilliant person, her account is less than mine and so I took the opportunity to surprise her, by powering up her account!

Once the new PUD arrived I sneakily powered up 10 HIVE to her account while she slept, so that she would see it when she woke.

It was just like performing a RAOK or Random Act Of Kindness are and gives you a fantastic feeling.

So I completed my first Power-Up Helper for PUD but it won't be my last!

LEO Power Up

I have to thank Hive account@ifarmgirl and Hive account@coquicoin because without them I would have had no idea that you could power up LEO in the same way that you can power up HIVE.

I have so much to learn!
So in my second post for #tengocrypto I will show how to power up LEO.

Step One goto your LEO Wallet. Did you know you had one? I didn't 🤣

You get there by clicking Wallet on the drop down menu beside your name on the LEO Interface (leofinance.io). The screenshot above is actually after I powered up the LEO.

Step Two
Get your LEO ready, if you want to sell some tokens and convert to LEO then do as I did to gain 25 LEO

Step Three
Just click the power up button with double arrows and bam that is it. So I have now got 36 LP (LEO POWER)

LP is similar to HP, so it helps in your engagement and rewards, not to mention all the things that are in the pipeline for LEO!

HIVE Power Up

So in this final part, I will power up some HIVE.
I managed to power up 50 HIVE in the previous two months but I am only going to do ten this month.
I have been experimenting with CUB, PolyCUB and pHBD which will be in an upcoming #tengocrypto post.
