Can anyone hook me up with some instructions on the best way to convert crypto on Binance to Hive?

I tried it recently using BlockTrades. I withdrew some ETH from my Binance wallet using the address I got from BlockTrades but the transaction never went through. Their support wasn't able to help either because they said the transaction id wasn't showing on the trackers. I anticipated that issues could occur so I only did a test run with a very small amount so I'm not bothered losing it. Still, I'd like to learn the proper way to do it.
