I was thinking along the same lines. On top of that if the SEC hearing ends in Ripple's favor the price should go through the roof. Also, if the SEC hearing ends with a monetary fine it will shed legitimacy on the project and again should green light it for future speculation. My understanding is they were already offered a settlement fine but refused to pay because they feel they're in the right.
