Talent in thr other hand is to open doors and leads us to opportunities, it is disciple that sustain us in that building and ensure that there's process and success at the end. Without discipline people's dream will remain fantasies without becoming realities.

Most of my post I do reference that every great achievements in history was build on the foundation of consistent effort. lets look at a sales person who start building his sales carrier, he won't just make millions on his first year, he start by training himself and gain experience, discipline helps him faces thr same challenge everyday even if the market may not moving well at that time. He commit himself to the sales and with discipline he may gradually become a business man with better records of success. Disciple doesn't require perfection it about persistence and hardwork. It is thr daily choice just like thr sales man, to stay focused and even when distracted, he keeps moving forward when challenges arise and he sees himself in a long-term reward instead of short term reward.
In some of my recent posts, I have mentioned about how motivation ignites a fire and discipline keeps thr fire burning. In the aspect of the sales man, he got motivated for him to start the sales man position, what made him transition to a business man is discipline.
