Nothing as good as waking up seeing a huge plus in the crypto portfolio!
Where I used to grab myself a coffee the first thing in the morning, nowadays, I check the crypto portfolios to see if anything pumped or crashed overnight. Maybe not the smartest thing to do, but it's become a habit. Do you also do this?
Bondly: yay vs nay
Bondly has been on our radar for a few weeks now, after repeatedly reading about it on Twitter. We didn't buy it at first, again, due to the gas fees and amount of liquid ETH. I prefer having some more coins, especially when it's an ERC-20 coin coming with high gas fees, a buy order of only 100 coins isn't really making sense if you want to earn back the gas fees. So I was the nay-sayer while my boyfriend was the yay-sayer. I should have probably put more effort to unlock some ETH at the time, but hey, I should not have regrets, especially not since we now have a bag of them.
We bought in after a trustworthy person on Twitter that we know from some years back in a group of crypto enthusiasts in a Discord server. He had outgrown the server because he was doing very very well, and is now a TA in a group that offers their services for a monthly fee. Yet, thankfully, he still is very active on Twitter and shares his thoughts there too. We have been reading his Tweets for a long time, knowing we couldn't follow up on them, but now we can pick a few at least. I wish we had the funds to pick one each day, but that's not the case yet, lol.
NFT is a hot topic at Bondly Finance
Now who reads my posts, knows that I love the world of NFT. So it was actually a bit stupid not to jump in this one sooner (granted, I didn't read up much about them first) because they have done a few airdrops with NFT platforms as well, and I wish I'd known about this last month. But let's look at the future instead.
A few days ago, a limited exclusive collection of Pokemon NFT's was released, created by Logan Paul, who has 22 million subscribers on Youtube and 5.9 million on Twitter as well.
Now, I'm not a Pokemon fan at all, but during the years, I've learned that Pokemon has a lot of fans and this sounds like it should help the price of Bondly rise significantly. It was after reading that Tweet about the collab with Logan Paul, that we decided it was time to buy Bondly NOW. We bought a bag with the liquid ETH we had available and it was at $0.25 when we did so. I got lucky with the fees paying about $30 "only" compared to the $57 it showed me in between failed transactions. (yay)
This morning, the price was up 57%
I was happy to see this:
!
Of course, I had to check the reason for this, and I noticed that the Logan Paul Pokemon auction went live about 6 hours ago.
Bidding starts at $10.000, and I see at least 7 opening bids out there already. I bet once more bids follow, the price will rise some more. The fact that Paul has a huge following on Mainstream social media, will hopefully onboard more people in the crypto world.
I'm keeping a close eye on Bondly!
