Some missions must be verified before being approved, you will be able to check it in your profile once you have finished. Each mission gives you a certain amount of XP, the harder missions give you more rewards because of the complexity of the task, but as long as you keep up the pace and always complete your daily missions, then everything will be fine.
There is an accumulated prize of 5000 HBD, which will be distributed among all the most active participants; 2500 HBD for the top 10%, while the other 2500 HBD are for the top 11-30%, so the most important thing is to always stay in the top places by doing all the missions.
