Habe die Info zuerst auf Reddit und Twitter gesehen und dachte es wäre ein Fake, aber anscheinend gibt es in Deutschland tatsächlich so ein Gesetz (Geldwäschegesetz), das den Erwerb von Immobilien mit jeglichen Kryptowerten, Gold oder Bargeld untersagt.
Finde das ist eine ziemliche Bevormundung der Bürger und eine unzulässige Einschränkung der Vertragsfreiheit. Warum soll man eine Immobile nicht mit einer anderen Gegenleistung als Giralgeld oder einer Kreditkartenüberweisung kaufen können?
Was sagt ihr zur dieser Einschränkung? Denkt ihr es ist legitim die Art der Gegenleistung generell einzuschränken, auch wenn die Gegenleistung wie zum Beispiel Gold oder Bargeld legal in Deutschland erworben und versteuert wurde?

Germany has passed a law banning the purchase of domestic real estate with cash, gold or bitcoin. WTF.
Saw the info first on Reddit and Twitter and thought it was fake, but apparently Germany actually has such a law (Anti Money Laundering Act) that prohibits the purchase of real estate with any crypto assets, gold or cash.
I think this is quite a paternalism of the citizens and an inadmissible restriction of the freedom of contract. Why should you not be able to buy a real estate with any other consideration than bank money or a credit card transfer?
What do you think about this restriction? Do you think it is legitimate to restrict the type of consideration in general, even if the consideration such as gold or cash was legally acquired and taxed in Germany?
