They have already started selling, by sending around 1500 bitcoin in total now to Coinbase and Kraken.
So that makes ~47.2 k bitcoin still on the BKA wallet

Surely they don't send it there to store it more safely..^^
But why are they obviously planning to sell it?
While the movie2k case from back then still is not clear, besides the claims of big movie studios wanting money..
Also Mt.Gox will actually start sending out recovered bitcoin funds this July.
