Leo openly mock Hive onboarding.
They also used to mock Hive price.
They have egg on their face now because they..
- haven't grown their userbase much
- have lost token value
- won't put money into marketing
You leave Leo where they are.
warlordbutterfly here is onto something. I think his work is actually showing that marketing can do it's job. The signup however is in need of improvements.
I would suggest a promo code that users can paste into their first post (intro post) to then track your CVR. Even get
to track that with his love sniper riffle scope.
This marketing proposal has legs!
What it needs now is effort from all angles! With Twitter I would say run a lottery. There's got to be at least one philanthropist whale that is willing to give a good prize to the winner of a sign up initiative on Twitter.... Hey why not call it:
TWITTER MADNESS! - 100,000 HIVE POOL PRIZE. Conditional. Like: prizes drawn once 100,000 sign ups achieved.
No doubt many will try to game it but as you said Twitter is about recognition. To have a prized campaign on there would definitely generate interest and hype.
HIVE NEEDS USERS!
HIVE NEEDS INNOVATIVE WAYS TO ACQUIRE THAT TOO.
OLD WAYS GO NO WAYS.
